We provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments and individual, family and couples counseling. Our providers use a variety of traditional and nontraditional methods including but not limited to: art and play therapy, yoga, meditation, reiki, hypnosis, music therapy and dance therapy. We specialize in working with children and adolescents with autism and ADHD; however, our expertise covers all diagnoses and ages. We offer individual, families/couples, and group therapy.

We are a Safe Zone Agency, providing specialized and competent care to LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. We also offer workplace or personal growth trainings including LGBTQ+ Safe Zone trainings, cultural diversity, preventing sexual harassment, and cultivating self care.
